After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Architecture, Chris located to South Carolina where he has had the opportunity to work on a number of projects from high rise condos to small home renovations. His passion for sailing, outdoor sports and a natural inclination toward warm weather have made Charleston a natural fit and welcoming home town. After working for other local design firms for years, Chris left to start his own, b Studio Architecture. While being on his own, Chris has won several Design Awards both from the Local and State Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a National AIA Excellence award for his work as the Director of Emerging Professionals on Charleston's local board. His intimate knowledge of the city’s zoning and approval process allows b Studio Architecture to help clients leverage their budget to its greatest potential. Gia was raised in Kansas City and attended college and graduate school in New York City. After early careers in acting off-broadway and teaching at independent schools, she met her husband in Charleston in 2007, and left the Big Apple behind for a sunnier, friendlier life in the Holy City. Gia has sold real estate since 2014, and specializes in neighborhoods near her own home in Old Windermere. Some of her favorite neighborhoods in West Ashley include Avondale, Moreland, and Ashley Forest. She also owns Gia Lee Locations, an agency that helps production scouts in NY and Hollywood find the perfect location in the Lowcountry for film and print shoots. Gia enjoys cooking (and eating!) Gracen grew up in Columbia and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hospitality, Retail and Tourism Management in 2017. After graduation, she looked to call the Lowcountry home, and joined the Marshall Walker Group as both an Agent, and full time Operations Manager. Being a third-generation Realtor, Gracen knew making the industry leap into Real Estate was her calling. Since, she has taken her experience in sales and applied it to the Charleston Real Estate market. Gracen not only strives to get the most for her clients during thier transaction, but looks to build a relationship of trust and friendship that will carry on even after closing. Being a transplant to Charleston herself, she specializes in helping others who are relocating to the area find the right home that best fits their needs.
